Welcome, I’m arrived to Berlin. In this blog you could follow me if you are interested! :) So who am I? Well, I’m one of the most prolific producers and remixers who ever worked within the small but vibrant Hungarian underground scene. Under my various pseudonyms, Anorganik, Gary Blade and Raster alongside with my real name Gabor Deutsch, I’ve produced music across a range of genres; reflecting my various interests and tastes in the constantly evolving world of electronic music. Imagine what it was like back in the late 80’s and early 90’s in Hungary. The emerging forms of electronic music didn’t really exist, except amongst a small underground scene. By the mid-90’s though things had started to change. An electronic music scene emerged in Budapest and other cities and I wanted to take part in it. Between ‘98 and ‘02 I worked alongside DJ Tommyboy, one of the most well known DJs in Central Eastern Europe, providing the programming skills to enable him to express his musical desires. As a millenial treat to myself, I moved to live in the centre of Hungary, big bad Budapest city. I was soon embedded in the studio above Underground Records, the first record shop in Hungary to sell electronic music, almost 24 hours a day. Spending my days and nights surrounded by such a wealth of equipment and music I broadened my musical tastes and started pushing the limits of what I could do musically. So for over a decade I’ve been making a lot of music and remixing all sorts of stuff here in Hungary, including people like Yonderboi, Anima Sound System, DJ Bootsie and even Beck. I’ve also just recently finished my new album (which I hope you liked listening to) which involved coordinating with vocalists from several different countries - including N’Dea Davenport from the Brand New Heavies - and travelling about a lot. I keep it updated with my movements and the things I see and do. A few final things to mention. I speak Hungarian and English (und ein bißchen Deutsch auch :), I like yoga, cycling, photography , cooking and creative stuff generally. I show tons of stuff what i left there for a while for Bandik (the new tenant - who own the Puckman game too), and also the empty fridge with some Mangalica Fat (I used it for cooking) and one piece of chilly. :) The guys in the video are the Marquetant brothers, they helped me to move to Berlin.Thanks for them again! ;)</p> <p><em>Az utolsó mozzanatok az indulás elött a Budapesti lakásban.
